Probitec Testimonial Competition & Voucher Terms

1. Who can enter

Entry is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older who submit a genuine testimonial about their experience with Probitec.

Probitec directors, members, partners, employees, agents and consultants, and suppliers involved in administering a draw or supplying its prizes, are not eligible to win a competition prize.

2. How to enter

Submit one genuine, unique testimonial through the Probitec testimonial platform and provide valid contact details. No purchase or additional payment is required to enter.

3. Competition prizes and draw periods

Eligible testimonials may be entered into periodic random prize draws. Prizes, prize values and draw dates may vary, and a draw is not guaranteed to take place every month. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and contacted using the details they provided.

Each draw announcement will state its opening date, closing date, available prizes and values, the random basis of selection, and how and when results will be communicated. A testimonial is eligible for a draw only when it is submitted during an announced draw period and meets these terms.

4. Prizes

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Probitec may substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

5. Winner contact

If a selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven days, Probitec may select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Discount vouchers

Each person may receive one testimonial discount voucher per calendar month, subject to submitting one genuine, unique testimonial. Repeated, substantially duplicated, false or fraudulent submissions will not qualify for additional vouchers. Any voucher-specific value, expiry, product restrictions and redemption conditions will be shown when the voucher is issued.

7. Testimonial use

Entering a competition or receiving a voucher does not automatically give Probitec permission to publish your testimonial. Public use depends on the sharing permission you select when submitting it. A winner may decline to participate in marketing or to allow the use of their image.

8. Personal information

Contact details will be processed to administer the testimonial, any voucher and any competition, including contacting winners, in accordance with applicable privacy law and our Privacy Policy. Separate consent will be requested before those details are used for unrelated direct marketing.

9. General

Probitec may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, abusive, misleading or do not comply with these terms. Decisions regarding eligibility and prize allocation are final, subject to applicable law.
