By accessing and using probitec.co.za ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Probitec products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on this Site is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

4. Delivery

We deliver door-to-door nationwide by The Courier Guy. You choose your delivery option and see its price and estimated date at checkout, before you pay. The options and timings are set out in our Shipping and Returns policy. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and product formulations, is the property of Probitec (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.
