Shipping

Delivered door-to-door nationwide by The Courier Guy. You choose your delivery option and see the price and estimated date at checkout, before you pay.

• Economy: 2 to 4 business days.
• Overnight: next business day.
• Same-Day Express: same day, in serviced areas.
• Dispatch: orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same business day.

Available options and prices depend on your delivery address, so not every option appears everywhere. Deliveries run on business days.

Return Requests

To request a return, contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions before you send the product back.

Returns Process

1. Email support@probitec.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
3. Return the product in its original packaging.
4. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.

Quality Issues

For any quality concerns, we will replace or refund the product regardless of whether it has been opened. Contact us at support@probitec.co.za with a description of the issue.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be paused or cancelled at any time from your account. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.
